Brush Your Teeth Frequently and Floss

Scrape Your Tongue

A layer forms on top of the tongue during the day that often harbours harmful bacteria that can lead to bad breath. In order to rid yourself of these bacteria, use your toothbrush to gently brush off that layer and keep your breath fresh.

In some cases, the toothbrush may be too big to reach the back of the tongue therefore; part of the layer with the harmful bacteria is left on the tongue.
